From the City of Bellaire:
A public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, on proposed amendments recommended by the Bellaire Planning and Zoning Commission to Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas, including the replacement of the Technical Research Park District (TRPD) with a new zoning district to be titled the North Bellaire Special Development District.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. It is anticipated that the hearing may be conducted telephonically due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If held in-person, the location of the public hearing will be in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
