A Commemorative Service in Honor of Cesar Alexander Cortes will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 at West University Baptist Church from 2 to 5pm. The service is open to Friends, Students, and the Community.
Donations for the Family
The school has had many inquiries from people wanting to offer support and resources to the Cortes family. Please contact Lili Hernandez or Luis Vides, two BHS counselors, as they are coordinating resources and information and will be in contact with the family.
A Memorial Scholarship Fund has been set up in honor of Cesar Cortes. The Alumni & Friends of Bellaire High School has set up a scholarship fund that will be awarded to a graduating Bellaire High School JROTC student in memory of Cesar.
