The Ivy & James has closed at Evelyn’s Park.

After just over a year in business, the Ivy & James restaurant at Evelyn’s Park has permanently closed its doors.

In the wake of the news, Evelyn’s Park has added more food trucks with longer hours and has mentioned plans for Pop Up Cafe’s. The Park will host a variety of food trucks from 11:00 am-3:00 pm and again at 4:00 pm-8:00 pm daily.

    I never got around to trying it because it wasn’t getting stellar reviews. It seems like it was trying to be too gourmet for a park restaurant.

    I know dogs aren’t allowed in the park, but I think an exception should be made and someone should contact Barnabys. They would be a great addition to the neighborhood.

      Wouldn’t it be great if we could take our dogs to the restaurant even if they weren’t allowed in the rest of the park. After all most of that restaurant is outside seating. I hope they replace it with something good but I doubt they will put a chain restaurant there.
