The City seeks information from those that may qualify for the FMA grant program.

The City of Bellaire is collecting preliminary information from residents that may qualify for the Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) grant program through August 31, 2019. The City of Bellaire may be eligible to receive funding for elevation grants from other entities on your behalf.
