NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the notice of public hearing published in the Southwest News and posted on the City’s official bulletin board and website on May 9, 2023, regarding proposed amendments to Chapter 22, Offenses–Miscellaneous, Article I, In General, Section 22-4, Noise, and the addition of a new Section 22-30, Lighting, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas, is withdrawn.
The referenced public hearing was scheduled for Monday, May 15, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
The City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, may consider calling a Town Hall Meeting at a later date to seek input from the public on the proposed amendments.
The “Withdrawal of Notice of Public Hearing” document may be viewed on the City’s website and official bulletin board located at City Hall.
