The Bellaire City Library receives the 2017 Achievement of Excellence in Libraries Award.

Congratulations to the Bellaire Library for receiving the 2017 Achievement of Excellence in Libraries Award by the Texas Municipal Library Directors Association.  It was one of only 52 out of 548 public library systems in Texas to receive the award.
