There will be a public hearing held before the Bellaire City Council on Monday, August 15, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. on the proposed budget for fiscal year 2023. The public hearing will be held in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
