Notice is given that the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, will hold a public hearing on a request filed by Stone & Stone, LLC, on behalf of Petitioners Sagstex Investments, LP, and Wolfie’s Swim School, LLC, on April 2, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411, for the abandonment and sale of an existing 25-foot alley easement consisting of 3,125 square feet and located between Lots 18 and 19, Block 45, of the Town of Bellaire, in Harris County, Texas (5200 Block of Cedar Street).
