Vote NO on these amendments! Too many hoops to jump through to build a sidewalks. No explanation of the costs! These kinds of thing are regulated by city ordinances not placed in a city charter. Vote NO!

One of the best things about Bellaire is our great Police department! Thanks BPD and HPD for bringing a peaceful resolution to this incident! So glad nobody was injured!
