THERE R LOTS OF US IN BELLAIRE WHO R NOT WEALTHY. FEMA HAS DENIED ME ANY HELP DUE 2 THE FACT THAT I HAVE FLOODED BEFORE. MY FRONT DOOR DOESN’T LOCK SO I’M NOT SAFE. I HAD 2 REPLACE A $10000. A/C UNIT INSTALLED IN MAY……SO I COULD USE SOME HELP SINCE I’M ON S.S. KEEP TRYING.THANKS MAUREEN
