So sad! There is so much crime in that area now and it has a lot to do with the apartments there.

Good for him! I’m surprised he didn’t leave sooner due to the same group of residents berating him over and over. I’m sure it was the last straw when new council members started doing the same. He acted professionally in spite of it.

I really don’t get the whole logo thing, I liked the Bellaire logo, but I am for making improvements to the city. I don’t think they’re trying to make it look like Sugarland I think they’re just trying to make it look like it’s 2019 not 1950.

I saw them come down the street and thought it was well done! The police car gave a heads up with the siren (but not too much) and flashing lights.

I heard that too. It was very loud and sounded like a huge group of them along with some racers. So annoying!

West U had the same problems as Bellaire as far as mature trees and sidewalks just here and there or nowhere at all. They had residents for and against sidewalks for the same reasons as Bellaire residents but they came… Read more»
