I drove over where the wall is up, north of the Chevron property and I really couldn't tell a difference in the sound level. I'm not sure it does anything.

It sounds like a major fireworks show going on west and southwest of Bellaire. I’ve never heard it this loud and consistent before. Can’t see a thing though.

There’s quite a few restaurants in the triangle now.

The motorcycle racers were so loud on 610 tonight and could be heard a long time. And TxDOT doesn't think Bellaire deserves better sound walls!

@ditto Agreed! I don’t think people understand that money is not being taken away from drainage. There was $4 million allocated for sidewalks and $20 million allocated for drainage. I don’t know why ...

I wish they could take the funds that are for the streets where people are so adamant against sidewalks and put them towards other streets where people would love to have sidewalks.
