3/6/2021 55xx GRAND LAKE STREET – On 03/06/2021 at 2027 hours, Officer Deliphose and Officer Younger were dispatched to the above listed location in reference to a burglary in progress. As officers arrived in the area, the suspect fled on foot. After searching the area with the assistance of West University Police Department and the Houston Police Department’s Air Support Division and Canine division, the suspect was taken into custody without further incident for burglary of a habitation, possession of a controlled substance, and a felony warrant.

2/12/2021 49xx CHESTNUT STREET – On 02/12/2021 at 1242 hours, Officer M. Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of habitation. Upon arrival, Officer M. Andrade made contact with the victim who stated between 02/06/2021 and 02/12/2021, an unknown suspect forced entry through the back door and stole several items. This case is an open investigation.
2/23/2021 46xx OLEANDER – On 02/22/2021 at 1646 hours, Officer Edwards was dispatched to the above location in reference to a theft of a firearm. Officer Edwards arrived at 1651 hours and met with the victim who stated at an unknown date and time, an unknown person took a firearm from the garage.
2/26/2021 55xx GRAND LAKE STREET – On February 26, 2021, at 2225 hours I, PPO J. Beltran, and FTO R. Bellard, received information regarding a burglary in progress from dispatch. We arrived on scene and the suspect had already fled. We were unable to locate the suspect but after gathering the evidence we spoke with the DA who advised they would accept charges for burglary of a habitation on the suspect.

8/7/2020 – 1x TOWNHOUSE COURT On Friday, August 7, 2020, at approximately 1048 hours, Officer Tim Quimby met with the victim at the Bellaire Police Department Lobby in reference to a burglary of a habitation. The victim stated on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, at approximately 0900 hours, a black male wearing dark clothing entered her open attached garage. The suspect then entered her unlocked vehicle and removed items without her consent. The suspect fled the scene in a dark green Ford Explorer. This vehicle was later involved in additional Houston burglaries where a passenger was identified.

5/29/2020 – 47xx HOLLY STREET On 05/29/2020 at 1159 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of building call. Upon the officer’s arrival he spoke to the complainant who stated between 2000 hours on 05/28/2020 and 0800 hours on 05/29/2020 an unknown person(s) removed a gas range from a home that was under construction.
5/30/2020 – 43xx JANE ST. On May 30, 2020, between the hours of 1930 and 2130, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence listed above and stole items. The suspect(s) then left the location in an unknown direction.

4/06/2020 46xx VERONE STREET On 04-06-2020 at 0739 hours, Officer D. Rocha (badge #324) was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of habitation in progress. Upon arrival at 0741 hours, Officer Rocha located the suspect. Officer Rocha placed the suspect in custody. All items were returned to victim. Assisting officers on this incident were Sergeant, D. Hollie (badge #201), Ofc G. Carson (badge #304), and Ofc Lysack (badge #310).
4/11/2020 48xx HOLLY STREET On April 11, 2020, at 1009 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a building. Officer Lysack arrived on scene and met with the victim who was performing construction work at the location. The victim stated an unknown suspect forced entry between 1950 hours the night before and 1000 hours that morning. The suspect stole multiple power tools.
4/14/2020 46xx BRAEBURN On 4/14/2020, Officer Marcotte was dispatched to the above location, which is a construction site. The complainant stated an unknown suspect removed materials and tools from the site over the last week from this site and an adjacent one on Pine St. The case is pending.

1/04/2020 – 52xx CHESTNUT STREET – On 01-03-2020 at 1437 hours, Officer D. Norman was dispatched to the above address in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Officer Norman made contact with the victim who advised an unknown person entered their partially opened garage and stole a leaf blower and a power washer.
1/11/2020 – 8xx CIRCLE DRIVE – On January 11, 2020 at 1154 hours, Officers Baylis and Quimby were dispatched to the above location in regards to a burglary of habitation. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the residents who stated no items were taken or were missing. Officer Baylis completed the report.

Barrientos made contact with the reportee/victim who stated unknown suspect(s) forced entry to the rear of the residence and took items.
1/24/2020 – 52xx ASPEN STREET On 01/24/2020 at 2100 hours, Officer Younger made contact with the reportee who advised her residence was burglarized by an unknown suspect between 1000 hours and 2100 hours. Forced entry was made through the back door via an unlocked side gate. Officer Baylis assisted with this investigation.
1/27/2020 – 51xx MIMOSA STREET On 01/27/20 at 1522 hours, Officer Bellard was dispatched to a suspicious circumstance call at the address mentioned above. Officer Bellard arrived on located and advised that three subjects claiming to be City of Houston employees made entry into the residence. After further investigation it was determined two of the suspects distracted the homeowner and caretaker while another suspect went through multiple rooms removing items.
1/31/2020 – 44xx PHIL STREET On this date at about 2007 hours I, Sgt D Kerr, was dispatched to the above location in reference to an alarm call. Upon arrival and checking the exterior of the house, I observed a broken window leading into the house. The house was checked inside for suspect(s) and none were found. The owner had already been notified by the alarm company and arrived just after checking the house. It was later determined nothing was missing from the house.

11/14/2019 – 0xx BRAEBURN DR – On 11/14/2019 at 0114 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to 50xx Braeburn Dr. in reference to an in-progress burglary. Further investigation showed that unknown suspect(s) burglarized the residence but were startled by the homeowner and fled the scene. Sgt. Hollie and Officer Trujillo assisted with this case.
11/24/2019 – 51xx CHESTNUT STREET – On November 24, 2019, at 1311 hours, Offier Baylis was dispatched to the above location for a burglary of habitation (attached garage). According to the victim, during the night an unknown suspect gained access to their vehicle and used the garage door remote to access their garage and stole a cordless drill. Upon arrival at 1314 hours, Officer Baylis met with the victims and gathered the information for the report.

10/6/2019 – 52xx MAPLE– On October 6, 2019 at 0844 hours, Officers Lysack, Liccketto, and Younger were dispatched to the above location in reference to a suspicious person call. Officers were advised the victim found the suspect going through her possessions in her garage and had left the scene on his bike. Officers located the suspect and placed him into custody for burglary of a building.
10/16/2019 – 47xx BRAEBURN DRIVE – On 10/16/2019 at 2137 hours, Officers were dispatched to an in-progress burglary at the above location. Upon arrival, Officers Guerra and Clisham observed the rear door forced open. The bedroom on the south west side of the residence had been rummaged through. Victim advised Officer Guerra nothing was stolen.
10/18/2019 – 47xx SAXON STREET – On 10/18/2019 at approximately 0117 hours, City of Bellaire Police Officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress at the above location. Reportee a subject was at their back door pulling on the door knob attempting to make entry to the residence. Sergeant Hollie located the suspect and he was placed in custody for burglary of habitation.
10/23/2019 – 54xx VALERIE STREET – On Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 0806 hours, Officer Quimby was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a building. Upon arrival at 0814 hours, Officer Quimby met with the complainant who stated sometime between 10/22/2019 at approximately 1730 hours and 10/23/2019 at approximately 0730 hours, unknown suspect(s) removed items from the construction site.
10/28/2019 – 5xx LIVE OAK STREET – On October 28, 2019 at 1246 hours, Officers Lysack and Liccketto were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Officer Lysack arrived on scene and met with the victims who advised an unknown suspect broke a back window to gain entry and stole items from the house.
10/28/2019 – 43xx LAMONT CIRCLE – On 10/28/2019 at 1730 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary call. Upon Officer Trujillo’s arrival he spoke to the victim who stated on today’s date between 0700 and 1720 hours an unknown person(s) forced their way into his home through a back-patio door and removed items from the residence.

9/10/2019 – 1xx PAMELLIA On Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 1104 hours, Officer Quimby was dispatched to a burglary of a building at the above location. Officer Quimby arrived at 1112 hours and met with the witnesses. The suspect entered the residence under construction and walked around looking for the builder. The suspect then took an airless paint sprayer and left the location.
9/12/2019 – 45xx ELM STREET On 09/12/2019 at 1517 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival he met with the victim who stated an unknown person(s) removed a bicycle from his unsecured garage without his consent.
9/16/2019 – 49xx MAYFAIR STREET – On 09/16/2019 at 0935 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to burglary of a habitation. Officer Liccketto arrived and spoke with the project manager and owner of the residence. They advised Officer Liccketto sometime between 09/14/2019 at 1700 hours to 09/15/2019 at 1300 hours, unknown suspects removed two locks by unknown means, and took 35 pieces of plywood.
9/20/2019 – 4301 BISSONNET STREET – On 09/20/2019 at 1118 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to 4301 Bissonnet Street in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Officer Liccketto arrived and spoke with the reportee. The reportee stated cash was missing from her apartment.

8/07/19 – 48xx HOLT STREET – On August 7, 2019 at 1340 hours, Officers Lysack, Lopez, and Jenkins were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Officers arrived on scene and met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect broke the window in the rear door of the house to gain entry. At the time of this report nothing has been discovered to be missing. Two black males were seen entering the back yard after exiting a silver 4 door car with chrome rims and paper license plate.
8/10/19 – 4500 EVERGREEN ST. – On August 10, 2019 at approximately 2200 hours, an unknown suspect gained entry, without using force, went into the cashier room of the location listed above and removed cash from the safe after using the code to unlock it. The suspect then left the location in an unknown direction of travel.
8/12/19 – 48xx BEECH STREET – On 08/12/19 at 1710 hours, Officer Bailey responded to an attempted burglary of habitation call located at the above location. Two unknown Hispanic Males used a distraction technique by having the victim walk to the back yard and the second suspect made entry into the residence. The care giver confronted the suspect and he exited out of the front door without taking anything.

7/03/19 – x PIN OAK ESTATES DRIVE – On 07/03/19 at 1958 hours, Officer Bailey responded to a burglary of habitation call located at the above location. Upon Officer Bailey’s arrival, he spoke to the victim who stated two male suspects posed as tree trimmers went into their unlocked home and took several items without their consent.
7/04/19 – 46xx BRAEBURN DRIVE – On 06/04/19 at 2159 hours, Officer Ortega was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a habitation. The victims stated sometime between 07/04/19 at approximately 1130 hours and 07/04/19 at approximately 2158 hours an unknown suspect(s) forced entry through the rear door and took several items from inside the residence. Officer Schwausch assisted in this case.
7/04/19 – 46xx EVERGREEN STREET – On 07/04/19 at 2117 hours, Officer Bailey was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Upon Officer Bailey’s arrival at 2115 hours, he spoke with the reportee who stated an unknown suspect(s) forced entry through the rear door of residence and stole several items from the victim’s home without owner’s consent.
7/05/19 – 48xx HOLT STREET – On July 05, 2019 at 1554 hours, Officers were dispatched to a burglary of a habitation in progress at the above location. Upon arrival at 1556 hours, Officers met with the Reportee who stated that on July 05, 2019 between the hours of 1530 and 1552 hours, an unknown suspect entered his home and stole items from the house. Officers Santillanes and Baylis completed the report.
7/8/2019 – 52xx MIMOSA STREET – On 07/08/2019 at 0107 hours, Officer Younger was dispatched to the above location regarding a 911 hang up call. Officer Younger arrived and contacted the resident who advised she believed an unknown suspect entered her residence and stole her purse.
7/11/2019 – 4900 LINDEN STREET – On July 11, 2019 at 2005 hours, Officers were dispatched to a burglary of a habitation at the above location. Upon arrival at 2005 hours, Officers met with the Reportee who stated that on July 11, 2019 at approximately 2000 hours, the Reportee confronted an unknown black male suspect in his home. After the confrontation the Suspect exited the front door. Officers Trujillo and Baylis completed the report.

7/17/2019 – 44xx CYNTHIA STREET – On July 18, 2019 at 1950 hours, Officers were dispatched to a burglary of a habitation at the above location. Upon arrival at 1954 hours, Officers met with the Reportee who stated that on July 18, 2019, between the hours of 1230 and 1300 hours, an unknown suspect entered her house and stole some items. Unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry into the above location sometime between April 19, 2019 at 1700 hours, and April 20, 2019 approximately 0930 hours, by cutting a hole in the rear metal door. 4/26/2019 – 52xx MAPLE STREET – On 04/26/2019 at 1255 hours, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to 52xx Maple Street in reference to a burglary of a building. Upon arrival Officer Schwausch met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect stole 7 rolls of TYVEK wrap on 04/25/2019 at approximately 1901 hours.

3/12/2019 – 8xx N. SECOND STREET – On 03/12/2019 Officer Jenkins was dispatched to a burglary of a building. An off-road motorcycle was stolen from the garage of the house. The homeowner stated a side gate and the walk-thru garage door were left unsecured by an unknown person (house is vacant). The dire bike was last seen on 02/25/2019 and discovered missing on 03/08/2019. It is believed the dirt bike was taken on 03/07/2019 at around 8PM.
3/24/2019 – 46xx VERONE – On 03/24/2019, Officer Marcotte was dispatched to the above location in reference to an open front door. Upon arrival, it was discovered the door had been kicked in and the house had been burglarized. No suspects were located inside the residence and the investigation continues.

2/1/2019 – 51xx MAPLE STREET – On 02/01/2019 at 1635 hours, Officer D. Norman was dispatched to the Bellaire Police Department Lobby in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Officer Norman made contact with the victim who advised sometime between 01/26/2019 at approximately 1700 hours and 02/01/2019 at approximately 1000 hours an unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole a dishwasher, sink and tools. The residence is not occupied due to it currently being remodeled.
2/5/2019 – 43xx COMPTON CIRCLE – On Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 at 1323 hours, Officer Quimby was dispatched to the above location, in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Officer Quimby arrived at 1328 hours. The victim stated she left her residence secured at 0800 hours on this date, but did not set the alarm. When the housekeeper arrived at 1230 hours, she found the back door glass broken out and the house rummaged through.
2/8/2019 – 44xx MILDRED – On 02/08/19 at 2325 hours, Officers Bellard and Bailey were dispatched to above location to meet with a resident regarding a burglary of a habitation. On 02/08/19, between the hrs. of 1910 hrs. and 2324 hrs, unknown suspect(s) made entry through an unlocked door of the residence. Officer Younger assisted in this case.
2/11/2019 – 53xx MAPLE – On February 11, 2019 at 1342 hours, Officer Carson was dispatched to the Bellaire Police Station (5110 Jessamine) to meet with a reportee who wanted to file a report for burglary of habitation. Victim stated items were stolen out of his attached garage.
2/15/2019 – 5600 EVERGREEN STREET – On 02/14/2019 at 1454 hours, Officer D. Norman was dispatched to the above address in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Officer Norman made contact with the victims who advised a Hispanic male approximately 25-30 years old knocked on his door and asked him about some landscaping work in the backyard. As the victim and the male were in the back yard an unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole items. Officer G. Carson assisted with this case.

1/7/2019 – 47xx BELLVIEW – On January 7, 2019 at 1558 hours, Officers Lysack and Liccketto were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a building. Officers met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect entered his house under renovation and stole a washing machine and dryer. After reviewing the scene, Officer Lysack believes the suspect entered the building through an unsecured window and exited through the garage door. The victim stated he was last in the house on January 4, 2019 but believes the burglary happened on January 7, 2019 between 1230 hours and 1555 hours.
1/15/2019 – 50xx CHESTNUT STREET – On 01/15/2019 at 1523 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to a burglary of a habitation. Officer Liccketto arrived and met with the resident who stated he was last inside his property two weeks ago. The reportee found the inside ransacked and several items missing. Officer Lysack assisted with the case.
1/21/2019 – 46xx LOCUST STREET – On 01/21/2019 at 0147 hours, Officers responded to a burglary of habitation call. Officers were able to apprehend the fleeing suspect. The suspect was charged with burglary of a habitation and processed without further incident. Corporal Clawson, Officers Ortega, Vorhees, and Younger responded to this call.

2/15/2018 – 55xx LITTLE LAKE – On this date at about 0731 hours, Sgt Kerr and Ofc Vorhees were dispatched to the above address in reference to a possible burglary in progress. A female suspect was located and arrested for PCS. The suspects did not gain entry in the residence.
2/25/2018 – 48xx SAXON STREET – On Sunday, February 25 at about 1230 hours (hrs), Officer C. Barber, a sworn peace officer for the City of Bellaire, was dispatched to a call for service regarding a burglary of a habitation. An unknown person had forced entry through the back door leading to the attached garage and then forced their way into the home through the garage inner door.

5/5/2018 – x AZALEA TRAIL – On 05/05/18 at 2315 hours, Bellaire Officers were dispatched to the above location in regards to a burglary of habitation. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry through a rear back window of the residence.
5/14/18 – 46xx MAPLE STREET – On May 14, 2018 at approximately 1145 hours, an unknown suspect gained entry to the above location through an open window. The suspect walked up the stairs to the second floor where he was confronted by a resident. The suspect stated he was there to check on the paint and was allowed to move around the house. It was later determined the suspect did not work with the construction crew.
5/18/18 – 47xx BELLVIEW DR – On 05/18/2018at 1022 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Unknown suspect broke the back door window with an unknown object to make entry into the residence but was scared off by homeowner.
5/18/18 – 47xx EVERGREEN STREET – On 05/18/2018 at 1204 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Unknown suspect broke the back door window with an unknown object to make entry into the home. The homeowner states it is unknown at this time if anything is missing.
5/26/18 – 46xx BEECH ST. – On 05/26/2018 at 1738 hours, Officer Younger made contact with the victim who advised an unknown suspect entered his attached garage and stole two bikes. The victim was able to provide a serial number for the bike and Officer Younger was able to enter the bike as stolen in NCIC/TCIC.

6/18/2018 – 51xx PATRICK HENRY STREET – On June 18, 2018 at approximately 0830 hours, the suspect entered the building at the above address through an unsecured window and stole a tile saw and paint sprayer. While leaving the scene, the suspect was seen by the witness exiting through the window. The suspect told the witness he was taking the tools to another construction site under the direction of the victim. The witness later mentioned what he saw to the victim and the victim state it was false information. Officer Lysack met with the victim and the witness to take a report on the burglary of a building.
6/22/2018 – 5700 EVERGREEN – On June 22, 2018 at 1324 hours, Officer M. Santillanes was dispatched to the above address in reference to a burglary of a habitation call. Upon arrival Officer Santillanes met with the victim who advised an unknown suspect used an unknown object to break the glass of a window in her kitchen and gained entrance into the residence. Once inside the unknown suspect stole various items. Officer Santillanes completed a burglary of habitation report.

7/05/2018 – 49xx EVERGREEN – On 07/05/2018 at 2010 hours, Officer Delgado was dispatched to the above location in reference to burglary of a habitation. Upon arrival Officer Delgado made contact with the victim who stated someone entered her house without her consent and stole personal possessions. During the investigation Officer Delgado gathered information and collected evidence for processing. Officers Guerra and Schwausch assisted with this case.
7/08/2018 – 44xx BETTY Street – On July 8, 2018 at 1419 hours, Officers Lysack and Carson were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Upon arrival, Officers determined the unknown suspect forced entry through the glass in the back door and stole items from the house.
7/14/2018 – 43xx VERONE STREET – On Saturday July 14, 2018 at about 1444 hours (hrs), Officer C. Barber of the Bellaire Police Department, was dispatched to the above address regarding a robbery of a person. As the victim drove into her attached garage and parked, the suspect entered the victim’s garage, opened the victims front passenger side car door and stole her purse. The victim was never touched by the suspect. The suspect fled on foot to a dark newer model sedan and fled to the west on Mildred Street. Upon further investigation it was determined this was a burglary of a habitation.
7/20/2018 – 5xx WILMINGTON DRIVE – On Friday July 20, 2018 at about 1148 hours (hrs), Officer C. Barber of the Bellaire Police Department, was dispatched to the above address regarding burglary of a habitation. While the victim was attending a funeral, an unknown person made entry through a secured dining room window and removed items from the house. The suspect then exited through the back door.

8/3/2018 – 46xx CEDAR STREET – On August 3, 2018 at about 1231 hours (hrs), Officer C. Barber was dispatched to the 4600 block of Cedar St regarding a theft of construction material from a residential construction site.
8/12/2018 – 45xx MIMOSA STREET – On August 6, 2018 at 1901 hours, Officers Lysack and Schwausch were dispatched to the above location in reference to an open door at an abandoned house. Officers arrived on scene and met with the victim who stated the house was vacant because it was heavily damaged during Harvey and was about to be torn down. The victim stated she came by to check on the property and noticed the back door was open. The victim stated the door can be closed but not secured due to the damage from Harvey. Officers checked the house and found no signs of criminal activity. On August 12, 2018, the victim called Officer Lysack to advise him she had discovered two bicycles were missing from the garage. Officer Lysack checked his body camera footage from the day of the open door call and determined the bikes were already missing at the time of the open door call. The bikes are believed to have been stolen during a burglary of the building between approximately July 30, 2018 and August 6, 2018.
8/18/2018 – 43xx BISSONNET STREET – On 08/18/2018 at 1510 hours, Officer made contact with the victim who advised an unknown suspect forced entry into her residence and stole items. This case was determined to be a burglary of habitation.
8/22/2018 – 49xx BELLAIRE BOULEVARD – On 08/23/2018 between 0630 hours and 1620 hours, an unknown suspect broke the glass from the rear living room window with a rock. The unknown suspect removed items from the house.
8/23/2018 – 10xx HOWARD LANE – On Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 0556 hours, Officer Quimby was dispatched to an in progress burglary at the above location. Officers Quimby arrived at approximately 0558 hours and did not observe anyone in the area. Officers checked the residence and did not locate any suspect(s). The victim did not realize anything was missing at this time. Officers cleared the scene and left the area. At approximately 0624 hours, Officer Quimby was dispatched to the residence due to the victim finding items missing. Officer Quimby returned and completed a burglary of a habitation report. Officers Ortega, Barrientos, Ortega and Carranza assisted with the incident. Sergeant Kerr and Corporal Porter assisted with this incident along with officers from West University and Southside Place.

9/7/2018 – 52xx BEECH ST – On 09-07-2018 at 1802 hours, Officers were dispatched to the area of 52xx Beech Street in reference to burglary of a residence. Officers located a residence with a rear side door kicked in. Officers processed the scene and completed a report for further investigation.
9/11/2018 – 45xx MAPLE STREET – On September 11, 2018 at 1701 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a building. Officer Lysack arrived on scene and met with the complainant who advised he was the owner of the construction company. The complainant stated some appliances were stolen sometime between September 3, 2018 and September 11, 2018.

10/10/2018 – 45xx WEDGEWOOD DRIVE – Between 09/22/2018 at an unknown time and 10/10/2018 at approximately 1630 hours, an unknown suspect forced entry through the rear door. The unknown suspect stole an A/C compressor from the exterior of the residence and A/C parts from the attic.

11/2/2018 – 50xx HOLT ST – On 11/02/2018 at 1100 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above location to meet with the reportee regarding a burglary of a building. An unknown suspect stole lawn equipment from the attached garage.
11/7/2018 – 51xx EVERGREEN STREET – On 11/07/2018 at 1133 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a theft. Officer Andrade made contact with the victim who stated on 11/07/2018 between the hours of 0730 and 1120, unknown suspects forced entry into a newly built home and stole appliances. After further investigation, this case was determined to be a burglary of a habitation. Officer Vorhees assisted in this case.
11/8/2018 – 45xx SUNBURST – On November 8, 2018 at 0835 hours, Officer M. Santillanes was dispatched to the above address in reference to a burglary of a habitation call. The reportee advised the suspect(s) stole the stainless steel stove/range from the home. The reportee stated the incident occurred between November 6, 2018, at 1700 hours and November 7, 2018, at 1000 hours. Officer Santillanes completed a burglary of habitation report.
11/11/2018 – 51xx PALMETTO STREET – On November 11, 2018 at 1423 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Officer Lysack arrived on scene and discovered unknown suspects forced entry through the back door, stole a Thermador refrigerator and Thermador range, and exited through the garage door.
11/14/2018 – 43xx CYNTHIA STREET – On 11/14/2018 at 1320 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to an audible alarm. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade observed forced entry through the back door. After further investigation, this case was determined to be a burglary of a habitation. Officer Carson and Detectives Macedo and Sandoval assisted with this incident.

12/12/2018 – 54xx BRAEBURN DRIVE – On 12-12-18 at 1234 hours, Officer D. Rocha (badge #324) was dispatched the above address for a burglar alarm. While checking the back of the residence, Ofc Rocha observed a damaged rear window near the back door and found the residence had been burglarized. Cpl. D. Clawson (badge#336), and Ofc H Lopez (badge #332) arrived and assisted Ofc Rocha with checking the residence for any possible suspect(s) still inside. The resident arrived and initial investigation showed multiple items had been stolen. Ofc Lopez assisted in the processing of this incident.
12/22/2018 – 1x PROSPECT PLACE – On 12/21/18 at 2129 hours, Officer Bellard was dispatched to the address above in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Officer Bellard arrived on scene at approximately 2133 hrs. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry through the back door of the residence. No items were observed missing. Officer Younger assisted in this case.
12/22/2018 – 48xx WILLOW STREET – On 12/22/18 at 2030 hours, Officer Bellard was dispatched to the address above in reference to a burglary of habitation. Officer Bellard arrived on scene at approximately 2036 hrs. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence and removed items.
