The Mayor issued a proclamation naming April 21 – 28, 2025, as International Dark Sky Week in Bellaire to raise awareness of the effects of light pollution.
The Cost Estimate Refinement Technical Memo prepared by HDR Engineering, Inc. for the City of Bellaire’s Wastewater Treatment Plant and Bellaire Lift Station was presented to the City Council for discussion. A decision on the wastewater treatment plant will be made at a future meeting.
