Join the Mayor, City Council, and your neighbors on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 6:00 pm for a special ceremony honoring our Harvey Heroes and Helpers followed by the annual State of the City meeting at 7:00 pm at Bellaire City Hall, 7008 S. Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401 in the lobby. We look forward to sharing with you the great things we have accomplished in 2017.
