A public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, on Monday, November 16, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. regarding applications filed by the Evelyn’s Park Conservancy for text amendments to the City Code and a specific use permit to allow for the construction and use of an accessory parking lot for off-site parking at 4300 Bellaire Boulevard.
