Bellaire City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission will have a joint Public Hearing on July 1 to discuss Residential Multi-Family District Regulations and the creation of a Small Lot Residential Attached District in Bellaire.

Multi-family development generally entails apartments and/or condominiums, whereas small lot residential attached development generally entails housing products in between single-family and multi-family residential, such as townhomes and duplexes. This hearing concerns the specific regulations for each of these districts and does not yet involve changing any properties’ zoning designations to these districts.

The public is invited and encouraged to engage and participate.
