The Bellaire City Council will meet in Regular Session on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.

The agenda includes the following items that are being brought to Council for discussion and consideration on Monday:
- No Right Turn on Red at the intersection of Bellaire/Newcastle
- Recreation Center user fees for residents
- Initiation of the legal process to allow future consideration of the issuance of certificates of obligation to purchase property for a Public Works facility
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the Civic Center, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411, for the solar energy system recently installed on the rooftop of City Hall.
