On Saturday, June 2nd, the fire department will be hosting an open house at the fire station located at 3800 University Boulevard, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. to thank the community for their support and to celebrate the department’s 90 years of faithful service.
WUFD firefighters will have a kids mock house fire for hose handling and fire extinguishment. All of the department’s trucks will be out and on display for guided tours. Spread the word and come join us at our open house for refreshments and snacks as we celebrate our 90 years of service and your unwavering support.
