Eater reports that Blood Bros. BBQ will open Thursday, December 20, in Bellaire. This will be a permanent location for the pop-up.

The doors will open at 11 am at 5425 Bellaire Blvd. in the Bellaire Triangle.

Eater scrolled through the restaurant’s Instagram to find, “some of the dishes that Blood Bros. BBQ has been testing for the new restaurant, including smoked brisket from Texas’s own 44 Farms, pastrami tri-tip, boudin, and beef belly burnt ends slathered in gochujang. Sides like roasted creamed corn, baked beans, mac and cheese, and cole slaw will also be on offer.”

Blood Bros. will open Thursday at 11 am.
