The staff at Bellaire City Library welcomes teen summer volunteers, June 1 - August 19! The program is open to students between the ages of 13 and 18 (must still be in school). Only 5 students will be able to work in the library during a single shift to provide you a quality experience this summer.
Applicants will be notified by email beginning May 17 for a start date of June 1. The last day to submit an application for summer is July 22. If you have never volunteered at this library before you will be required to attend a short orientation session.
Summer volunteers will be required to have a minimum of 24 hours this summer to remain in the summer program and be considered for the fall semester. Of course, you are welcome to volunteer additional hours beyond the required minimum!
