From the City of Bellaire:

A permanent bulletin board for the City of Bellaire, Texas, has been installed on the south side of the City Hall building near the front entrance, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.  The bulletin board provides important information about public hearings, regular meetings, special meetings, and many other official notices for the City Council, City Boards and Commissions, and the City.

Effective October 7, 2019, the permanent bulletin board will be used for all official notices.
