FOUND 2/17/22: ELDERLY FEMALE TERRIER @ BELLAIRE POUND!

This elderly female terrier without teeth and approximately 12-16 pounds was just found today in Bellaire. She has no collar, tags or chip and is now in the Bellaire Pound on a 72-hour stray hold.
