FOUND 2/23/22: FEMALE TAN & WHITE PUPPY @ BELLAIRE POUND. This tan and white VERY young puppy was found this morning 2/23 under a car on the 5400 block of Holly Street outside the Loop in Bellaire. She is scared but very loving. She has no collar, tags or chip and is now in the Bellaire Pound. She has been nicknamed “ROSCO.” If this is your dog, contact the Bellaire Police Department at 713-668-0487.
