Hello, do you know me or my owners? I was found by a nice neighbor on Friday July 12th near H-E-B Bellaire and am now at the Bellaire Pound. I am a black and white, young female Shepherd mix. I appear to be someone’s pet, as I am wearing a pink collar but no tags or chip. I am very sweet, good with children, adults, cats and other dogs.
