2 small terriers were found by a resident on the 4300 block of Alder last night, Wednesday August 21st. They are one male wearing a black harness and one female, neither have chips or tags. These sweet siblings are now at the Houston SPCA. If you are interested in adopting/fostering them, please call the SPCA at 713-869-7722! The male is 12 pounds, and the female is 13 pounds. They are both around one year old, HW negative, and generally healthy.
