A black shepherd (male) puppy was found Thursday afternoon 2/27 outside Chestnut Animal Hospital off Bissonnet in Bellaire. He is wearing a collar and flea collar, but does not have ID tags or a chip. A similar black shepherd (female) puppy was found Friday morning 2/28 near Lafayette Park and the Bellaire Pound. She does not have a collar, tags, or chip. Both puppies are now in the Bellaire Pound!
