On 01/28/2019 at 1444 hours, Officers were dispatched to a suspicious person in the 4500 block of Merrie Ln. Officers arrived at 1449 hours and were unable to locate the subject. Both reportees stated that a heavyset black male, with teardrop tattoos near both eyes, wearing black clothes was trying to open doors and looking in windows. One caller said the male was the passenger in a beige car that waited in the street while he approached the houses.
On one video he says he is from Uber Eats, but the homeowner had not ordered anything.
