Details:
On 03/14/2017 at around 1040 hours, a white, four door pickup parked in the driveway of 46xx Verone. The driver of the vehicle knocked on the front door of the residence and stated he was there to work on the roof. The resident was not expecting anyone to work on the residence. The male suspect continuously stated he had been there and done work at the house.
The male suspect then stated that he needed access to the backyard, and went into the backyard without permission. The resident opened the rear door to the residence and observed the male suspect in the backyard. The resident moved away from the door and a short time later observed the male suspect in her kitchen.
During this time, a neighbor noticed an unfamiliar vehicle parked at the above house. The neighbor knocked on the front door of the house and the male suspect fled the house, leaving at a high rate of speed in the white truck.
The male suspect is described as a 45 – 50 year old, white male, 6’1 – 6’2 tall driving a white, four door truck, missing the tailgate. A red leaf blower and other equipment was in the bed of the truck.
