From the Bellaire Police Department:

Yesterday evening, a Bellaire resident was followed home from his place of business, a local jewelry store, by two individuals later identified as Timothy Singleton and Stafford Johnson. Upon arriving at his residence, the suspects blocked in the victim's vehicle in his driveway and proceeded to steal various items from him.

As the suspects attempted to flee the scene, their vehicle crashed and they fled on foot. At the time of the incident, the Bellaire Special Response Team (SRT) was returning to their station after being mobilized earlier in the day. The SRT quickly responded to the call and located both suspects hiding in a nearby parking garage.
Thanks to the quick actions of the Bellaire SRT, all stolen property was recovered and returned to the victim.

Both suspects, Singleton and Johnson, have been charged with theft $2,500 to $30,000.
