From The West University Place Police Department:

On 08/25/2018, the West University Place Police Department responded to a report of a sexual assault of a child. It was discovered that a child informed a parent that a sexual assault occurred by a contracted worker. Based on the information, a report for aggravated sexual assault was generated.

On 10/17/2018, the Harris County District Attorney's Office accepted charges of 'Super Aggravated Sexual Assault' against the suspect, Brandon Bonds, and a warrant was signed and issued. On 10/22/2018, the West University Place Police Department arrested Brandon Bonds.

The investigation into this case is still ongoing. Due to the nature of this case and the age of victim, the West University Place Police Department has no further comments on this case.
