Details:
On 11/27/2019 at 2:25 pm, the male in the video below knocked on the door at a residence on Cedar Street. While waiting on an answer at the door, the male began stacking the packages that were left on the porch by a delivery service. The male then removes the packages from the porch and leaves the area in a red, four-door vehicle.

The Bellaire Police Department reminds everyone during this busy shopping season that package thefts will likely increase. Take advance of Amazon Lockers or have deliveries made to your work. If you have delivery notifications, have your neighbor collect your boxes after delivery.
Call your local police department with a good description if you witness any of the following:
People taking packages from a house or apartment.
If you see a vehicle that has boxes being thrown out of the window or stopping and dumping boxes.
If you see a vehicle that appears to be following a delivery driver (you can also alert driver that he is being followed).
