Details: 

   On Monday, October 29th at around 1042 hours, a female was walking on Baldwin when a white, older model 4 door car stopped beside her. The driver of the vehicle exposed himself to the female for sexual gratification. The driver then fled the area.

As Officers were looking for the vehicle near Newcastle and Baldwin area, another call was received from a female walking near S. Rice. The female stated a white, older model 4 door (possibly Honda Accord) stopped next to her. The driver of the vehicle exposed himself to the female for sexual gratification, then drove off.

The driver of the vehicle was described as a White or Hispanic and wearing a dark colored hoodie.

If you see someone doing the activity above, turn and walk or run the opposite direction that the vehicle is facing. If you can, take a picture or memorize the license plate on the vehicle without putting yourself in danger, then call 911 immediately and give the description.
