Details:
On 02/25/2020 at 1:51 pm, Officers were dispatched to a suspect stealing cell phones. The suspect cut the security cords for three phones and left the store without paying.
The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 6’1", wearing a grey hoodie, blue jeans, and a blue cap.
