On 07/16/2019, Officer Quimby met with the victim about a burglary of a vehicle that occurred on 07/13/2019. The victim stated he did not lock his vehicle and an unknown person removed items without his consent. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with curly hair, wearing a black shirt and grey pants. The suspect is driving a black SUV. Please see the below video.
