Details:
On 04/13/2020 at around 4:34 am, two unknown suspects are observed trying to open car doors on vehicles parked in the driveways and in the street. One suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and rummaged through the vehicle. The suspect did not take anything from the vehicle and continued checking other parked cars in the block.
