Details:

On 07/06/2020 at around 4 pm, the victim withdrew cash from the Bank of America on Bellaire Blvd. As the victim was getting into his vehicle, he observed a minivan with heavily tinted windows in the parking spot next to him. The victim drove to the above address and parked his vehicle. Upon returning to his vehicle he discovered the passenger window broken and the cash missing.

Officers reviewed the parking lot security camera footage with the victim who immediately recognized the minivan that had been parked next to them at Bank of America. It was determined the minivan followed him from the bank and broke into his vehicle after he went inside the above address.
