From the Bellaire Police Department:

Last night Bellaire Police attempted to stop two motorcycles speeding on IH 610. The motorcycles evaded, however, with the assistance of Houston PD Aviation, HCSO, and Texas DPS the suspect was located and placed in custody. The driver, Francisco Le, DOB 05/09/2001, was charged with evading and unlawful carrying of a weapon for the firearm in his possession. An investigation is ongoing to determine the rightful owner of the motorcycle.
