From West University Place Police Department:

 

On January 11th, at 8:06 pm, Officers responded to an aggravated robbery that occurred in the 4100 block of University Blvd. Upon arrival, officers learned that the victim had just exited a vehicle and was walking to the front door when they were approached by an unknown male suspect wearing a mask. The suspect brandished a gun and demanded the victim's vehicle keys and personal items. The suspect attempted to take the victim's vehicle but was unable to operate it, ultimately abandoning the vehicle. The suspect was last seen getting into the passenger seat of a dark-colored Cadillac and fleeing the scene.
