Traffic patterns:

·         North Fifth is temporarily closed between Bissonnet and Cedar Street

·         North Fifth is one way northbound between Cedar Street and Locust Street

·         Cedar Street and Spruce Street is open to two-way traffic currently

For your safety and the safety of others, please follow all detour and construction traffic control signage (One Way, Do Not Enter, Road Closed, etc.). 

There may be periodic 10-15 minute temporary lane closures required to allow for the loading and unloading of construction material.  The contractor will have flaggers present during these temporary closures.  We ask the traveling public to please obey the direction of the flaggers for the safety of yourself and the construction workers.
