A drawing will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411, to determine the order in which names will appear on the City of Bellaire General Election ballot.
