From the City of Bellaire:

This week (March 1), the arterial pavement program will continue with repairs to Newcastle. This will include a complete road closure of Newcastle between Phanturn and Glenmont.  Signage is posted indicating road closure and detour information.  Contractors will complete the repairs as quickly as possible to minimize impacts on traffic.
