Looks like they started building the wall. I sure hope it's going to be taller than that!!

Surely it will be taller. I don't think that would do much good.

The new wall they are building on 59 between Rice and Chimney Rock is way taller than this. Why do they get such a tall sound wall and Bellaire gets this? And most of Bellaire gets nothing new.
