Does anyone know what these tall sticks along the feeder road between Fournace and Elm are for? They are obviously marking something and are right up against people‘s fences. Some of them are in people’s yards. There are also marks on the ground and some writing along the sidewalk.

I'm thinking it might have something to do with the sound walls they are going to build. But who knows. I wish they would give us more information about this project.
