From the City of Bellaire:

TRAFFIC ALERT! The eastbound lanes of Fournace east of 610 to Pin Oak will be closed today until 3 p.m. for street repairs related to the water main break earlier this week.

Please expect traffic delays in this area or find an alternate route.
