Hi all!

My name is Kathleen Fuller and I work for the Houston Dynamo.

We are looking for families who would be willing to host some of our out of town under 17s players for the academy season.

Our players are pre-professionals for our Major League Soccer team here in Houston, the Houston Dynamo. Each season we have a few players that we bring in from out of town that have high potential to go professional. They are typically ages 14-16 and living full time away from home for the first time. We currently have homestay families that they stay with for the soccer season, but are looking to expand our homestay family network even further. These families transport, feed, and provide the player their own room. Essentially, making them feel like they have a home away from home while they follow their dream. In return, the Dynamo give homestay families a stipend, tickets to Dynamo games, and a unique and rewarding experience! It's important to us that these players get a good family environment while they are away from home and having amazing homestay families that can provide that has been very rewarding.
