From the City of Bellaire:

Originally planned for October 3, the Friends' Board Members reluctantly cancelled the October date and are discussing possibly rescheduling to a date later in the fall. During this time book donations are not being accepted since the library building currently is not open to the public.   Discussions are being held as to when the library will reopen for full library service this fall.
