UPDATE: (from the City) The roads previously closed because of the gas leak at Newcastle and Bissonnet are now open.
From the City of Bellaire:
There is a gas leak at Newcastle and Bissonnet currently being monitored by the Bellaire Fire Department.
Road Closures
Bissonnet between Larch/Innsbruck and Howard
Newcastle between Basswood and Geneva
Please avoid this area.
