From the City of Bellaire:

The trash bag delivery service to residents is delayed.  The City has not received the shipment of trash bags from our manufacturer due to reported supply chain challenges, nor do we have an estimated delivery date.   We will keep you posted when we have the trash bags in stock and can schedule delivery to residents.  We appreciate your understanding.   If you have additional questions, please get in touch with Bellaire Public Works at 713-662-8170.
