From the Bellaire Police Department:

We are happy to announce the City of Bellaire Dog Pound has reopened after the City Council approved renovations! This means the pound is ready to keep our furry friends safe and cool in the summer and warmer in the winter! Special thanks to Bellaire City Council and Friends of the Bellaire Pound for making this happen. Here are some before and after pictures.
